With sky-rocketing consumer demand for healthy, better-for-you, clean foods, it is crucial to deliver not only on a great concept, but first and foremost on flavor. Culinary trends start in restaurants; flavors are driven by chefs.
As a hands-on Culinary/Marketing hybrid I deliver a product experience through food that would “make sense” to target markets and assist with product-market fit. With extensive experience in both Culinary Arts and Integrated Marketing, I am wired to think both critically and creatively when approaching new projects, products or challenges in CPG, restaurant, media and technology worlds.
