Based in NYC - made in Israel, I'm a passionate, innovative and experienced Culinary leader specializing in Culinary R&D: product/menu ideation + development, culinary marketing, culinary strategy, recipe development, sensory attributes and more.

As a culinary-Marketing hybrid with more than 11 years of combined experience, I'm able to merry critical thinking, business and insights with extensive culinary knowledge, cooking techniques and strong understanding of target markets.

I love finding new ingredients, conversing with fellow foodies and would definitely be a Cherry Tomato if I were a vegetable!
